What is Get First Access?

Get First Access is your entry point to exclusive offers and events to the most popular shows. Get First Access is maintained by New Era Tickets.  All shows and offers are authorized and managed by the Venues that are hosting the events.  The promoters and artists determine the specifics of the ticket offers.

I do not see the event I am interested in buying. Where is it?

A specific promotion or presale may not appear for a number of reasons. The most common issue is that event promotions are offered for a limited amount of time, and the offer has expired.  Offers do get extended from time to time, so check the web site frequently.

I see my event, but there is no Enter Code link. Why?

The "Enter Code" link appears when an offer is active.  You may see information regarding upcoming offers in advance.  We try to post information as quickly as possible, so that customers have plenty of notice.

What is a ticket limit?

Ticket limits are placed on an event so that everyone has a fair chance at getting tickets to their favorite events or artist.  Limits are set by the promoter and/or artist, usually setting a maximum quantity of tickets allowed to be purchased per household.

I am getting this error message. "Sorry this passcode has already been used." Why?

Some event offers are for One Time Use only.  If you have not used your unique passcode yet or think that you should not be receiving this error message, please contact the customer service number at the bottom of the page.

I have a question about this event. Who can I ask?

I am having technical issues, What can I do?

Some customers experience difficulties if the security settings are too high on their personal or business computers. One known issue is Norton Security Suite, which does not allow customers to be forwarded to the purchasing web site.  By temporarily disabling this software, and then re-enabling after purchase, customers have been able to successfully purchase tickets.

I want to purchase tickets by phone. What number should I call?

Most of our exclusive event offers are sold over the web only.  If you have explicitly been told that your offer is available for phone purchase as well, you should call the number that was provided to you.

I am a Citi Card member. What is my passcode?

For events that are being offered by Citi Card®, you should use the first 6 digits of your account number.  These numbers are the first six numbers found on the front of your card. The toll-free 800 numbers should never be used as a passcode.

I need to buy ADA tickets. What do I do?

Customers needing specialized seating should call the number located at the bottom of this page.  You will be directed to the right contact to purchase tickets.
